CHECKING IN

Welcome to X Kirra Beach Apartments! To ensure a seamless start to your stay, please note that check-in for all X Kirra guests is located just across the road at our sister property:

Iconic Kirra Beach Resort > 76 Musgrave Street, Coolangatta, QLD

Our Front Desk team handles arrivals for both properties and is ready to get you settled in. Please ensure you have your photo ID and credit card ready for the check-in process.

APARTMENT TYPES

Discover luxury self-contained living in the heart of Kirra Beach. All our apartments feature modern open-plan layouts, fully equipped kitchens, internal laundries, and the comforts of home paired with stunning vistas.

  • Oceanfront (High & Low): Our premier apartments positioned directly on the beachfront. Experience expansive, uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean from your private balcony.
  • Oceanview: these apartments offer beautiful perspectives of the coastline and the blue horizon.
  • Boutique Oceanview: A cozy, well-appointed 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom option located on lower levels, perfect for smaller families or couples.
  • Panoramic: These apartments offer a stunning 360-degree feel, capturing views of the Gold Coast Hinterland and the city skyline alongside glimpses of the coast.

Welcome to X Kirra Beach Apartments! As an environmentally conscious resort, we don’t have a traditional in-room paper guide on how to use things. Instead, we have developed a complete online guide to assist you with everything during your stay!

CHECK IN/ CHECK OUT TIME

Check in time is after 2pm QLD time, however if your room is ready early we will send you an sms and you can start your holiday early. Checkout time is before 10am QLD time. Please see reception should you require a later check out. Depending on the arrivals we may be able to offer you a later departure, costs will apply this is subject to availability.

LATE ARRIVALS

Our front office is open from 8am – 4pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am – 3pm (Saturday & Sunday).

If you are arriving outside these hours, your keys will be available through our after hours service. Please make sure that we have an Australian mobile number for you so that we can send you a text with the code to open the night safe. If you are an international guest, we would suggest that you email us the day prior to arrival for detailed information. If you have any issues on arrival, you can contact our night service on 07 5630 4760. Please come to reception at 8am the next morning to officially check in.

ADDITIONAL PEOPLE/COT HIRE/HIRE CHAIRS

Guests can certainly arrange additional people to stay in their apartment. Please email our front desk to arrange in advance – holiday@xkirra.com.au

The cost for an additional bed is $50 per night. We can also arrange cot hire & high chair hire for your infants at $18 per night.

PARKING

Each apartment includes a complimentary car park in our underground car park. The height of the car park is 2.1 metres high. Access is via Lord Street and we provide car parking permits at reception.

POOL & GYM

During your stay, you can enjoy our Magnesium Heated Pool (year round), BBQ area and Gym located on the 2nd floor. You will need your swipe key for access. 

Pool hours are 7 am – 9pm 

Gym 6am-9pm

These facilities are strictly for the use of checked-in patrons at X Kirra.

PETS

While we love creatures big and small, X Kirra maintains a pet-free environment to ensure the comfort and allergies of all our guests are respected. As such, pets are not permitted within the apartment complex or common areas.

We do, of course, welcome certified assistance dogs. If you are travelling with a service animal or would like to discuss your specific circumstances, please reach out to our team at holiday@xkirra.com.au prior to your arrival so we can assist you.

GROUP BOOKINGS

If your reservation requires ten or more rooms we would love to assist you with a group booking. Please email: holiday@xkirra.com.au for more information.

PATROLLED BEACHES AND SURF BREAKS:

For your safety, we always recommend swimming between the red and yellow flags.

  • Kirra Point: Our local beach is patrolled by professional lifeguards daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Swimming & Surfing: We are just a short stroll from the calm, family-friendly waters of Coolangatta and Greenmount, as well as the legendary surf breaks of Snapper Rocks and Duranbah.
  • Seasonal Note: Please be aware that during the winter months, patrol hours and locations may be subject to limited service.
